Our annual stakeholder survey is an opportunity to receive anonymous feedback from:

• individuals we have served and their families

• individuals who have funded our services or provided monetary donations

• individuals who have referred families to our services

Responses will be collected from December 4th to January 5th.

Results will be presented at our annual stakeholders meeting at the end of January.
