What's Next Workshop

Every parent of a child with a disability wonders what life will look like once their child ages out of school-based services. This one-day workshop gives families a clear picture of life after high school and how to plan for it.

Whether your child is 12 or 21, our seasoned trainers will share practical tips on structuring a meaningful day, building formal and informal supports, and finding local resources. You'll leave with a framework and actionable tools to start creating a shareable transition plan for your child.
