Young Adult Life Skills Group

Develop independent living and home management skills in a fun and recreational setting.

  • Engage with hands on activities that aide in the development of skills such as:

    • Creating Daily Routines

    • Home Alone Safety

    • Meal Planning and Preparation

    • Budgeting

    • Cleaning & Household Management

    • DIY Projects: Household & Gardening

  • Adults age 18+ who have graduated high school and want to increase their daily living skills in a recreational setting.

  • Summit Social Center

  • Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. 

  • Those interested in joining Life Skills can contact us for more information. Summit Future Foundation is a contracted provider through Missouri Department of Mental Health Division of Developmental Disabilities and our programs may be funded by Medicaid Waivers and/or Family Flexible Assistance Program (FFAP).
