Missouri Talent Pathways

Summit Future Foundation is excited to announce their participation in the Missouri Talent Pathways Program

Missouri Talent Pathways is a professional development and registered apprentice program for direct support professionals sponsored by Missouri Department of Mental Health in collaboration with contracted providers. The goal of the program is to increase staff retention; employees gaining national best practice skills, and improved individual outcomes. Direct support professionals who complete the program will possess 15 different competencies in the area of supporting persons with disabilities and they will receive the Certified Direct Support Professional credential.

Summit Future Foundation is one 15 organizations across the state of Missouri participating in the Talent Pathway's program and is a testament to our dedication to providing high-quality services and supports by ensuring those who work within our mission are trained in national best practices and equipped with the tools needed to promote optimal outcomes for those we serve.

Congratulations

We are thrilled to announce that Summit Future Foundation is now a contracted provider with Missouri Vocational Rehabilitation. Our shared mission of supporting person with disabilities to obtain and maintain quality employment.
